does this top have a very big neck I like them to just hug the neck a little ?

This is a perfect fit. It comes up to the neck, but does not hug (tight). I wish I could order one in every color. It fits like a pajama top as far as comfort, but very flattering and lady-like.

I bought 2 of these in both green and blue and I love them. I don't feel the neck is too big. It does not feel loose but certainly is not snug either, Good luck. I think you will like them.

No, the neck is not what I call 'very big'; however, it does not hug the neck. It is a very nice top, however. It washes well, and holds it shape nicely, too.
