The reviews say everything from too small to too big! I wear a medium in your silky shell blouses. What size will fit?

BEST ANSWER: I bought the Medium for my 38" chest and it fit fine. I wish it were a little longer, but through the chest it was perfect.

I found the size large to be a little shorter that what I expected. The bust size was fine though.
