my arms are big, so what size should i order ?

BEST ANSWER: My arms are a little heavy but not a sports type arm and the large has about a half inch to an inch of play room. If you have larger arms that may concern you you may want to go to the next size up. If not the fabric gives a bit so you may want the recommended size. To give you an overall idea my waist is a 16 and my bust is a 38 and the large fits loosely and comfortably. I also did not notice any shrinkage when I washed it and put it through the dryer.

On a size XLG, which is what I have, the arm openings are 14 inches around, but it is a stretchy material. I really love this shirt. I have it in 2 colors and wear it all the time.

Can the inset be removed?

BEST ANSWER: It is not actually an inset as it is part of the whole garment. In my oppinion this makes it cooler and it lays beautiful. Don't be concerned about cleaning, as the top is well constructed and washes well. I actually went back and purchased a second one because it is so comfortable and pretty. I own a blue and a cabbage rose. I hope tbis helps.

I am 5'2" 140 lbs. I carry my weight around the middle. Not sure of the size I should order. Don't want it tight around the middle but I do have narrow shoulders. Large or extra large...or medium?
