BEST ANSWER: Got my mom (age 94) the licac and blue flannel shirt and she loves it! Has stayed soft and has not pilled (she washes things gently and not unless necessary). As far as I can tell, it did NOT shirnk after the first wash. She likes them strong along the seams and long enough the keep her low back warm. The flannel is of medium weight and smooths out evenly after ltumble drying. The print is lovely and she likes it very much; so do I. So all is good!

I didn't notice shrinkage but I did notice pilling and the color is not thru the material, the inside is white which I didn't find out till after I got them.

Yes, I washed mine on the gentle cycle then hung it up to dry, didn't shrink at all. O yea I washed it in cold water.
