How does this fit? My measurements are at the higher end of the medium in the size guide. But how fitted is the shirt? I want it to hang loose but not to be a tent.

This is a great shirt! No, I don't think you need to order a size larger. It fits just as good today as it did when I got it. I had to take an iron to it, but it was worth that little bit of work. During the winter months, this is my favorite shirt to wear.

I found no shrinkage to this blouse..and I have also dried it in the clothes drier....and I sure do get compliments each time I wear it. I think you will be happily satisfied with this blouse.

I ordered.a medium which is my regular size at Blair.I washed it in cold water and hung to dry so there was no shrinkage.

I don't believe it's preshrunk. Mine shrunk, but very very little. Wash in cold water and dry on lowest dryer setting.

It did not shrink for me but I washed it in cold, dried it in the dryer for just a few minutes and then hung to dry.

Is this long enough to wear with leggings and does it cover your backside completely? I know it says approximately 30?L ..so is that measurement from top of collar to tip of bottom in the back?

BEST ANSWER: It's pretty much medium weight, not the thinnest I've seen, but definitely not the heavy-weight felted type flannel. I got 2 of them, one for myself and one for dau. It does up nicely and I've enjoyed mine. I actually got several others too, with different colors and patterns. Same quality, enjoyed all.

THIS IS MORE MEDIUM WEIGHT. I WEAR MINE OVER A T SHIRT LIKE YOU WOULD A SWEATER, DURING COOL WEATHER OR OUTSIDE IN EARLY FALL & SPRING. NOT WARM ENOUGH TO WEAR AS A JACKET DURING COLD WEATHER. LOVE MINE & WEAR ALL WINTER IN HOUSE SO AS NOT TO TURN HEAT UP

It's neither thin or very heavy..I would say it's of normal flannel quality..I have this one and it keeps me warm and I'm very happy with it..I wear flannel all winter and have many from Blair..I would say yes to a purchase..

This is a nice shirt and I like it but it is not a real heavy flannel. I live in the deep south so I do not need a real heavy flannel very often. It is warm enough for me.

I consider the weight to be on the average weight of a flannel....definitely not heavy. I have it in red and have received many compliments on it's unusual pattern design.

will it shrink if washed in hot water?

BEST ANSWER: Since I never wash anything in hot water I can?t answer my that but I?ve washed it several times in lukewarm water and dried it in the dryer and it did not shrink. I love this shirt have it in 2 colors and going back for the other colors I don?t have. I hope I?ve helped

I have red colorblock flannet shirt and have washed it many time, but never in hot water. Why would you want to wash any bright colored shirt in hot water? It washed fine in the washing machine and does not blead.

Im sure it probably would. Its a very pretty flannel. I found it to run small. However I like these shirts a little big. I wash in cold water and hang to dry.

This shirt runs a tad small. I wear an extra large, and it is difficult to button, so wear it as an over shirt, but absolutely love the shirt!
