I am longer from the waist up than from the waist down, therefore I buy petites in pants and regular size for tops. Hope this answers your question.

the waist might be a little longer than you like. as for the sleeves i have short arms and they fit me fine. i hope that helps.

BEST ANSWER: This item was back ordered and I never received it, but I did order 2 that were similar and they too long, and actually too big. I am short waisted also, and am 4' 10", BLair clothes do not come in a petite so therefore I I returned the two I bought. Hope this helps you.

Love these tops! Wash and wear well. I'm also short waisted and short armed. These tops fit me the best of all the Blair styles I ordered this Winter. Sleeves are a little over 24" and body length a little over 28", after laundry. Hope that helps!

I am 5' 4" and it fits me fine. I like my tops roomy and this top was perfect for me. The sleeves fit perfect. To be honest, I like this top better than some I spent 3 times the amount. It never shrank or stretched.

I have short to normal arms and the sleeves were perfect. As to the torso, it was a little long, but I like my tops that way so it didn't bother me. I am also a little short waisted.

After several washings/dryings the sleeves measure 24 1/2" from shoulder seam to wrist ribbing and 26" from outer shoulder (near seam) to bottom of waist ribbing.

I am short 5 foot tall and this sweatshirt fits well. The cuff on the sleeves keeps the sleeves from being too long.

the sleeves are full length and if pullled tight, the shirt goes down to my crotch. Normally, it sits mid hip, as shown in picture. I'm long-waisted.

BEST ANSWER: I bought two of these last year and love them! I wear a 14 or 16 and ordered large. They both fit well (don't look sloppy!), and I have plenty of room for my arms.

This sweatshirt is a combination of cotton and polyester. I would say mostly polyester. I wash mine in cold water and hang to dry. It washes great and remains the same size. I have four colors and love them all. I would definitely recommend purchasing.

My mom have me an ad out of paper and said she would like a specific fleece too. It says they are regular 24.99 and are now 18.99 through 2/24/17, however, when placing order online it comes up 20.99. Why?
