is xl comparable to a 2x size?

BEST ANSWER: i ordered a 2X cause that is the size I normally take and it fit, think if I ordered a smaller size it would not fit correctly.

They do tend to run big, but I do not think a XL is comparable to a 2x.

BEST ANSWER: No. It is one piece. The one I ordered did not hang nice as the picture shows. The return postage was too expensive so I donated it to charity.

No. The inside piece is attached at the sides to the outer piece. I believe that's why it's named two-in-one!

How long is the top?

BEST ANSWER: From the shoulder seam to the bottom in back is 28 inches and the front drape is about 4 to 5 inches longer than that.
