My past experience with Blair is that their clothes run true to size; however, I have not placed an order since it appears they have updated the sizing chart.

I have a his top when offered in a green/olive shade, buying it a size larger, as material has spandex.
As THIS color shows black/white print, black is the obvious pant color choice, however, as it is also in the neutral colors, wine, forest green, gray, and even deep reds would look nice in pants .

Since the top I purchased was black and white, I would recommend wearing it with either white or black pants, based on the weather and/or time of day or evening.
