Did this dress shrink when it was washed?

BEST ANSWER: It did shrink slightly the first time I washed (and machine dried) it, but it does not seem to have shrunk anymore in subsequent washings and dryings.

I had no shrinkage after washing the dress. However, I hung it to dry - did not put it in the dryer. Also, washed in cold water

No, it did not. I washed it with my regular dress load and just lightly dried it and finished it on a hanger.

I washed the dress in cold water, and did NOT put it in the dryer. The shrinkage was very minimal.

The dress has been washed and dried about 20 or 30 times. No shrinkage. it still looks new.

is the navy a pretty color, not faded looking?

BEST ANSWER: The one I received was a darker navy. I have washed it about 10 times, in cold water, and I hung it up to dry. Of course, I had to iron it, but the color is still looking good.

The navy is a deep navy, not so dark as to be almost black, but a definite deep navy. I have washed the dress several times and the color has not faded.

BEST ANSWER: I have blond hair and look OK with olive. I like to add some brighter colors as accents to help, such as a scarf, jacket or sweater
