I prefer elbow length blouses, are the sleeves on this blouse rather short?

Can you give me this in all white no decoration? I do have one now but need another.

BEST ANSWER: I am real short and most tops are way to long for me. These fit great because they can be worn around my hip area and they don't keep falling down almost touching my knees like most tops, making me look even shorter. I am only 4'9" and I love the band bottom tops but they are hard to find. I can find at Blair some of the times I wish they had more.
