BEST ANSWER: The sweater does not have a zipper in the back of the neck. If you want a zipper, the Spindrift style are those with zippers.

This sweater is long enough to tuck into pants or a skirt, which is how I prefer to wear it, with another layer over it. Soft and light, it washes and dries very easily. I have three of them.

BEST ANSWER: the large is a 14-16, however all the sizes run just a tad smaller than the indicated size. So if you are at a 16, you will want to order the next size up because a 16 would fit really good but you would not have any room. I like roomy clothing.

These sweaters are nice for early spring, but here, in Texas, they are not suitable for summer. If you live
in a cooler climate than southern summers, they will go nicely with pants or jeans with no problems.

BEST ANSWER: I have washed it one time. It does not appear to ball. However, the one I ordered was not true to size. It was smaller and of thinner material than I have bought of the Sag Harbor brand in the past. Also, I like a longer sleeve, one that comes almost to elbow. This sleeve for me is much too short.

Yes I have purchased the second time because I couldn't wear to work they didn't look good. I also noticed when I repurchased the same size as the last time they were grossly mis-sized I was not very happy I purchased a large and it was huge compared to the last one I bought.

BEST ANSWER: It is a little below the waist. I have about four of them and love them. I wear them to work all the time. They hold up very well. Just iron them on low and inside out. I put a pillow case on mine so they don't get any imprints from the iron.

BEST ANSWER: The length is shorter- I'm only 5'1 1/2. I definitely need petite for pants/skirts but depending on material/cut I go with regular or petite. A sweater I go with regular if I can have a "tuck" that falls down part way.. If it will only hang straight I go with petite.

How is saying that an article of clothing is 'long enough to tuck into the waistband' or 'long enough to cover "my" hips' helpful? Everyone is different so inches are what is important.

This is really a nice soft sweater that can be worn pretty much year round. One thing about it is the sizes run small. The extra large fits, but doesn't leave much room.
