In the catalog these jeans say the tall is 311/2" long not 30". I can't wear them if they are 30" long. Please answer soon was fixing to order them. Also I read a lot of the comments and it was mentioned about the awful odor that would not wash out!! Do you know if they do??

BEST ANSWER: I have to say I had my doubts about these jeans but they are probably the best fitting jeans I've purchased in at least 10 years (and I have a lot of jeans). They are true to size, a bit long but they'll be fine after a few washes and I roll the bottoms for the summer and will be great for over boots.. They aren't baggy but their not tight . Their just right...I think most gals know what I mean. Their was a time not too long ago when most all jeans were either too darn tight or so baggy that you'd return them right away. I have several pairs.

BEST ANSWER: Yes they do...these jeans are just the best... I am an "older" woman whose shape is hard to fit and these jeans give me just the right fit. They look just like a regular pair of jeans but with a very slimming look. I just love them.

BEST ANSWER: These jean fit at the waist. I loved them so good I ordered several pair of all the colors. I like them so much better than jeans with a zipper. They also fit true to size.
Does the dark indigo fade onto when washed? Purchased a pair of look alike no-waist jeans and the fabric faded even on my hands and a lot when washed. Anyone had that trouble with these?

BEST ANSWER: I have had mine for some time and I wash them only in cold water low heat to dry and they have never faded.

BEST ANSWER: I have washed my pair several times and used a dryer to dry them and have not noticed any shrinkage. I actually liked these so well that I now own three pairs.

Will you be lengthening the inseam for your Tall sizes?? I'm 5'7" and consider your pants way too short!! Most Talls are about 33"...

BEST ANSWER: They are 76% cotton, 23% polyester, 1% spandex., and wash nicely. I was afraid they would look saggy and baggy, but they do not. They are VERY comfortable and accommodate my "dough boys." I am very pleased with my purchase and they well may become my favorite jeans.
Do sizes 16W and the Petite 18 have the same fit? I ordered 2 pair 16W and love the fit, but had to shorten the length. Size Peitite 18 has correct length for my 5' 3 1/2" and shows same waist & low hip as 16W ...but will P18 have the same general fit otherwise???

BEST ANSWER: I am a 20W and the inseam is 30-32. When I can I order 20P the inseam is 27. I am 5' 3 3/4". I order the same size its just the inseam that is shorter to me.

Are the color jeans made of denim? Many times the colors are made of another material and not the denim material and they also don't fit the same. I'm interesting in the Loden and Beet but not if they aren't denim material.

BEST ANSWER: The denim fabric is soft and consists of a blend of 79% Cotton, 19% Polyester, and 2% Spandex stretch. I have purchased the following colors: Indigo, Charcoal, and Black. The style fits comfortably at the waist with just enough stretch, I love these jeans and plan to purchase other colors soon.
