I wear a medium usually, like a size 12. Would medium work in this case?

BEST ANSWER: I normally wear a large if I get it from a local store here, but the large sizes that I have ordered from Blair have been too large so after my first initial purchase, I now always order a medium in tops

Pay strict attention to the size chart and the bust line, but I'm a Miss 14 and order the Mediums all the time to get a great fit.

Are these three quarter length sleeves?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, they are three quarter length sleeves- I have it in three of the four colors. The fabric weight is great -doesn't cling- very comfortable to wear - always looks neat, easy care fabric

Yes Cindy, the Savannah Textured Top has three quarter length sleeves. My opinion, It is a versatile top that dresses up or down.
