Shorty pajamas large?

BEST ANSWER: I purchased the first set for my Grandfathers Christmas. He was thrilled and asked me to order him three more sets. I ordered according to his shirt size, a 3XL and that fit him perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone who likes short leg and short sleeve pajamas. They are hard to find, esp in the winter time.

I brought these for my Dad who was going thru chemo at the time and he loves easy snap short pajamas.
we brought the medium size to over his colostomy bag. They fit perfect.

Yes, there are two side by side to tighten or loosen the shorts. These are excellent quality pajamas that are made from substantial material. I actually bought two color choices so my hubby was quite pleased.
