What type hem does this have?

BEST ANSWER: It is a shirt-tail hem, but my husband wears it out over a tee shirt. He teaches and likes the comfort of a tee, but the shirt gives him a dressy look. The hem is nicely finished with no ragged edges.

I can only tell you of my experience with these shirts. I like the first one I bought in "loden" or green that I immediately bought another one in "burgundy" or red. The "chamois" fabric is soft and just the correct weight and length to either hang untucked when worn over a t-shirt, which I do most of the time, or tucked in if you desire. These two are my most often worn long-sleeve shirts when I'm "out in public" because I live in a rural setting.

I haven't washed mine yet but I have been purchasing products for Blair for over 10 years and as long as you follow the label directions...wash in cold water/tumble dry...it will come out looking brand new through several washes. Their merchandise is very high quality. Especially the Scandia Woods label. Hope this helps.

BEST ANSWER: Extra long would be the same as tall. Tall sizes are longer in the body and sleeve length. My husband us 6'2" and I alway get talks for him.

BEST ANSWER: The Chamois shirt does not run big. True to size. Remember, it's 100% cotton and my shrink a little. It did fade on some lighter colored shirts - my fault. I should have washed it separately in cold water. Worth the money. Very comfy.

Actually they run small when factoring in shrinkage from wash/dry. I ordered 1 size larger than normal but I did tumble dry warm/hot.

Are Blair products made in the USA?

BEST ANSWER: No. The Scandia Woods Chamois shirts are made in China. That said, I do own 6 different colors of this shirt. They are warm and comfortable. After many times in the wash they still look great.

I looked and NONE of the Blair clothing I have purchased, both mens and womens, is made I'm the USA. This includes Scandis Woods mens clothing, which is made in China.

IS THIS A WRINKLE FREE SHIRT OR DO I HAVE TO IRON?

BEST ANSWER: I don"t but they don"t look like an ironed shirts and that is how I like it. What might be considered wrinkles on some scale aren't like deep lined wrinkles. I don't put them on hangers, I fold and stack them.

I like that shirt and would probably buy iit again. Tumble drying on medium heat takes the wrinkles out well enough for me.
