BEST ANSWER: No, but the skirt is slightly A-line so there's not problem. This skirt is great - I have it in three colors! It holds its shape and doesn't wrinkle.

BEST ANSWER: No, just an inside panel across the abdomen. It just helps the skirt to hold shape a little better.
