Let me amend and expand my last answer. I purchased these in 9 1/2 Med and the Angel IIs in 9 1/2 Wide, so these run a little wider. Also, I believe these are leather and the Angel II are man-made material.

I have both. These have a slimmer heel, and the throat (I think that's what it's called) is cut a little lower (closer to the toes). I think these are a little sexier. The others are a little more stern and business like. Both of them fit me well in the same size.
