It is a white collar - like a turtleneck - that is attached to the top. They are not separate pieces.

Hi Viktoria! I can only answer you by telling you that i bought 1 size larger in my coral top because I feel comfy when my tops are looser. I also have a light blue one one in my exact size and that one fits true to size, which actually looks better on me but I personally prefer how the larger fit feels. I checked the size chart for you and small fits size 6 to 10 so from that information, I assume it will be a VERY loose fit on you.
Perhaps too loose for your frame. So, if you like a loose fit then I would take the chance and purchase it, as a they are very pretty and you can always send it back if it does not work for you..

Probably if this is an extra-small if would be OK, but they run big. Mine is too big, but I like that way so kept it.

is this item a fleece material?

BEST ANSWER: It is more like a sweatshirt material on outside but a little fuzzy inside. Not a true fleece like the kind that creates static electricity in the cold winter.

It is knit on the outside with a light fleece lining. Very comfortable! I have enjoyed it a lot!
