Do these shrink?

BEST ANSWER: I just answered this question a few minutes ago. I thought it was from QVC where I now buy my crop pants and they do stretch and don't shrink. These from Blair are not stretch. I wore them for many years and they were fine being washed in cold water and put in the dryer on a low setting.

Not really. They're stretch, so if they seem a little tighter after washing and drying, they will stretch back to the original size. I have about 10 of the crops and love them.

If you wash them in cold water and don't put them in the dryer (line dry only), they won't shrink.

Yes, the waist is where it should be at your nature waist. If you like pants on your waist and not your hips you will like these.

BEST ANSWER: It's an elastic waist. So, I guess you can say it sits at the natural waist. I can tell you these have worked out great for my daughter. She is thick in the middle, and the capris with zippers always have to be hiked up. These stay nicely.

BEST ANSWER: I am 5'4" petite are over the knee as pictured. If you like shorter pants order the Bermuda Shorts in denim. They are to the knee and very comfortable.(128#)

are these 100% cotton?

BEST ANSWER: I checked the label on the pair I bought and that's what it says; 100% cotton, launder in cold water, warm iron. I don't use an iron at all anymore. Would have to be a pretty wrinkley situation for me to drag mine out, but I just throw my ironables in the dryer at a damp perma-press setting then take them out, smooth them out and hang on a hanger the way I want them to turn out (like with a crease down the legs). These pants turn out well for me.

Blair should be able to answer that question better than I can. The tag says 100% cotton. I hope you have very large legs and hips as these capris are huge in those areas. They look like a huge sack on me and even after washing did not shrink up. I am not happy with them.
