John Blair® Insulated Jacket
Hubby likes it, so it's all good.
Practical jacket...washable, warm.
The shoulders are a little "big", but overall,
it's is a good buy for the cost.

I had this jacet tailored ($48) and then wore it home. I got something to eat at a restaurant on the way home and got about 10 stares. This jacket looks too good! It's socially unacceptable to wear such a good-looking jacket these days. Almost everyone dresses shabbily these days. Many people dress in black and wear blue jeans. They wouldn't consider having their clothes tailored. I don't fit in wearing a good-looking jacket. I think I'll store it in a closet for 5 or 10 years. Maybe by then the pendulum will have swung back and society won't mind if I wear a really nice-looking jacket.
Disappointed (not in the jacket or in Blair, but in our society)

This is the second jacket like this that we have purchased. They are nicely made and hold up well. Great value.

Good to average
I wish I could have gotten this jacket in black, other wise it appears to be what I had before and wanted.

Ribbed portions seem less than substantial
First impression is basically favorable; cannot rate the product any higher yet as the ribbed collar, cuffs, and bottom band seem rather thin and less than substantial. I seriously wonder how they will hold up through extended periods of wear. I'm certain the product will serve its' purpose well enough, however; i.e; short trips outside in various degrees of weather.oboro
