Empire Embroidered Microfiber Sheet Set
So soft and silky
I bought this set on sale and the price was excellent. I don't know if I would have purchased microfiber sheets had the price not been so good. I wasn't sure about the whole idea at all and this seemed a good way of trying them.
I have to tell you, they are so soft and silky. Very thin--I think that's part of the microfiber aspect. I was afraid they might feel sticky (we were having a miserable heat wave when they arrived) but they don't. Not at all. They don't wrinkle very much, either. My only complaint would be that they pop off the mattress (others have pointed this out, too). I have this problem with a lot of sheets. I fight it with these little plastic "tubes" that I bought years ago. Wish I could find more--I put them in a drawer when I take the sheets off the bed because I'm afraid of misplacing them. They're basically a hard plastic tube with a slit down the side. You put the sheet on the mattress then slip the tube over the whole thing so the sheet is clamped to the welt at the edge of the mattress. They are wonderful. So for me the slippery sheet issue isn't a problem. But I'd recommend these sheets even if you don't have any handy plastic tubes. they're lovely. The only drawback in my mind is that part of the embroidery came undone. So sad--there was a loose string and then....Sigh.

Loose Fitting Sheet
The bottom sheet, as others have said, keeps coming off the mattress, which is very annoying! Otherwise, the sheets are smooth and silky and have a nice pattern to them.

These were the softest sheets that I have ever slept on. I just wish that the sheets fitted the mattress a lot tighter. The fitted sheet keeps bunching up and I have to keep pulling the sheet back on the mattress.

These sheets are lightweight and perfect for summer but the elastic does not seem tight enough on the fitted sheet. Every morning I had to adjust the fitted sheet and slide back on the corner of the mattress.

Soft and comfortable but very thin fabric.
I just purchased these sheets in king size on sale. They held up to a first washing without pilling. They are soft , silky and comfortable to sleep in. They are lightweight-good for summer sleeping. They feel cool and refreshing to the touch when you first crawl into bed. However, the fabric is also very, very thin. Thus, I don't know how long they will last after regular use and washings. I would not recommend these for the full purchase price, but if on sale, maybe. It depends on what you prefer in sheets. I usually buy the higher end sheets-thicker and higher count, but I'm budgeting and didn't want to spend too much. These fit the bill. The embroidering appears to be well done and they do look and feel nice on the bed.
