We've been in the business since 1910, and we understand that our customers need to feel comfortable about shopping online. That's why your satisfaction is our guarantee.
If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll gladly exchange it or refund the cost of the merchandise. Simply return the item in its original condition. Swimwear must have the sanitary liner attached. Customized items (such as made to measure blinds) and monogrammed items are not returnable. Also please note that we do not refund or credit the shipping and processing charges. Normal time for return processing is 1–2 billing cycles.
How to return an item
Complete the Return/Exchange Form. If you don't have the Return/Exchange Form, just be sure to include your name, address and customer number, along with instructions whether to exchange the item, refund the merchandise purchase price, or credit your Blair VIP Credit Card account or credit card.
Detach and enclose the Return/Exchange Form (or include your return/exchange information) in the package with the merchandise you're returning.
Use our convenient pre-paid return label, found on your packing slip, to ship your package. It's pre-addressed and pre-paid, so you pay nothing up front! (Please note that some heavier packages or items shipped directly from the manufacturer or shipped outside the continental United States do not include a pre-paid label.)
Simply attach the label to your return package and give the package to your Postal Carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office location - no need to stand in line!
No additional postage required - no need to insure your package! A flat fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your merchandise refund or billed to your Blair VIP Credit Card account or credit card.
You may also return your package on your own, using the delivery service of your choice.
